STEPS FOR PLACING AN ORDER

All the products that appear in our Web are in stock, except those in which is write the slogan NOM STOCK AT THE MOMENT.
The products that we have for the sales online, are those that appear in our catalogue-Web, and they are sent with the characteristics specified in the same.

Prior to placing an order:

* Raise any questions you may have before making an order.

We recommend that you read the section on Terms and Conditions of sale  (CONDITIONES DE VENTA), where you will also find the shipping cost.

Order:

* The order MUST be placed via email: correo@sermasports.com

We will need a copy of your identity card, passport or driving licence.  This is an essential requirement and without this we can not make the proforma invoice. We request that this comes in an attached file (not inserted) and in the form of a JPEG file.

Please take note of the itemís reference number and provide a small description of the item, this will ensure that we avoid any mistakes regarding your order. It is not necessary to put prices.

The clearer the order, the quicker we can process it.

Proforma Invoice:

* Upon receiving the order, we will send you the proforma invoice by mail, including our bank account details plus a small form for you to complete with your invoice and shipping addresses (in the case that they are different).

Payment:

* As soon as we receive the payment, the package will be sent to you. Please be aware that bank transfers within europe takes about 3 days, after which the transport company then takes about a further 72 hours to deliver the package.

There is no need for you to send us an email telling us that payment is being processed, infact we recommend that you do not.

Last step:

* As mentioned above, once the payment is received into our bank account, the package will be dispatched to you.  You will receive an email informing you of this and giving you a tracking number.

* We will then send you another email giving you  your client number for future purchases.
